Since the first year, Conference on Information Security and Cryptology has been recognized as the most important event where the country’s scientific and industrial activities on these topics are shared, the cooperation between university-public-industry is developed, the public is informed and educated, public awareness of information security is increased and where the information is exchanged between scientists, researchers and sectoral practitioners.
The ISCTurkey 2019 Conference is also supported by the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) and is among the European Cyber Security Month events.
The main theme of the ISCTurkey 2019 Conference has been decided as “Cyber Security and Post-Quantum Cryptology”. The increasing use of M2M, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain Technology and Post-Quantum Cryptology radically changes the quality of both cyber defense and cyber attacks. Within the framework of Post-Quantum Cryptology, new developments and changes in this field, cyber attacks that may take place in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Block Chain Technology and the measures that can be taken against these attacks will be discussed in the conference. In addition, Turkey’s cyber security strategy, applications and similar matters as local and national development will be discussed; invited speakers, academic papers and sessions will be organized.
The papers to be submitted to the conference organizing committee by academicians and practitioners will be evaluated by referring to the opinions of at least three referees who are experts in their fields. Taking the referee’s reports into consideration, the appropriate papers will be selected for oral presentation or poster presentation and will be published in the proceedings book.

Participation in the conference is open to all interested people and is free of charge. However, registration is mandatory to attend the conference.
